Mental Health Services Urgent Professional Referrals
If you are ringing to refer to Mental Health Services urgently, please contact the Home treatment Teams, who will be happy to discuss a referral with you and offer support to and guidance to access appropriate pathways. Home Treatment Teams offer an urgent assessment service with the aim of being an alternative to hospital admission or will facilitate a hospital admission where required.
